Little du'a/poem I fell in love with

I saw this poem earlier on a timeline of a friend of mine and I found it so beautiful, I really wanted to share it with you.

Ya Allah!
If I hurt others, give me the strength to apologize.
If people hurt me, give me the strength to forgive.
Ya Allah!
As you have made my form beautiful...
so make my character beautiful.
Ameen.

I really love it and I will  definitely use it, insha'Allah.
